What changed, and why

Short notes from each project, newest first. The code stays private; the thinking doesn't have to.

Binder Bangers

  • The logo now switches between the Catalogue and the Showcase, in the same spot in both apps, without opening new tabs.Binder Bangers
  • Videos of a card get a preview picture made on the computer, and play with a scrub bar that never covers the card.Binder Bangers
  • Importing a collection can now add cards to a binder you already have, starting on a fresh page.Binder Bangers
  • Visitors can ask about a card (buy, trade, close-ups, or a question) and it arrives in a private inbox. No payments on the page.Binder Bangers
  • First-time visitors from the QR code get a three-step guide to the controls.Binder Bangers
  • The public showcase republishes itself when something changes, so the QR code always shows current cards.Binder Bangers

PanOps

  • Tiles show each app's own icon, so the dashboard can be read at a glance.PanOps
  • New apps can introduce themselves with a small file and get a tile once approved.PanOps
  • Tiles show how long each app has been running and a one-line summary of its health.PanOps

Verbose

  • Recording keeps going while earlier notes are still being sent, so no thought waits in line.Verbose
  • The whole path works end to end: phone, notes app, rewrite, and back.Verbose

A-Convo

  • Speakers were drifting into the same polite voice; each now keeps its stance and avoids repeating its own openers.A-Convo

Animated Bookshelf

  • Rebuilt as a sunlit study for this site: one book, pages that bend as they turn, about 9 MB in all.Animated Bookshelf
